So local customers could get them soon without waiting for production and a long time shipping. US AU CA EU customer could get it in 3-7 business days and UK customer could get it in 1-3 business days..

• For US customers - These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Los Angeles, US warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 business days after your order is placed.
• For AU CA EU UK customers - These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Melbourne-AU/Toronto-Canada/Amsterdam-Netherlands/blackburn-UK warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 (AU/CA/EU) or 1-3 (UK) business days after your order is placed depending on your location. No extra fee like import duty, VAT, or tax, as we have already paid them :)
• We offer pick-up service in all our warehouses except Canada, note an ID card or driver's license is needed for an identity check.

Custom Sex Dolls | Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

• Custom Dolls Production Time: This is the time it takes for us to produce your custom-made sex dolls: 2-7 business days. Once we finished the doll, we will send over the photo of the finished doll for you to modify. After that, we will ship it out :)
  • Note: For the order placed on Chinese Holiday, the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual: Chinese New Year (2 weeks longer, from Jan 15 - 30), International Labor Day (5 days longer, from May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days longer, from October 1-7)

  • Standard Shipping
    Standard Shipping is available for US, EU & UK customers: Ship from our factory directly after the doll is finished, shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), CHINA-EU Freight Train (EU), or CHINA-EU Freight Truck (UK), which is cost-effective, no extra expense like importy duty, VAT, GST etc. This is one factor why we are cheaper than other $1000+ retailers.
    
    to US:
    Free Shipping. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles, after your package is released by US Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by FedEx and sent to your address. In short, standard shipping generally takes around 4-6 weeks to arrive.
    
    to EU:
    Shipping costs $100-$150, depending on the weight of the doll you choose, with no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 4-6 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished. Please note that standard shipping is not available for Switzerland, Norway, and Romania, local customers could choose expedited shipping only.
    Notice - The EU order tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 5 weeks, no worry, it's fine.

    to UK:
    Shipping costs $100-$150, depending on the weight of the doll you choose, with no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 3-4 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished. No extra fee like VAT or Customs Duty. Please note that for UK customers, mini sex doll is not available due to local laws.Notice - The UK order tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 3 weeks, no worry, it's fine.

    to Japan:
    Free Shipping & take 3-4 weeks. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Osaka, after your package is released by Local Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by local courier and sent to your address. In short, JP standard shipping generally takes around 3-5 weeks to arrive.

    to Other Countries:
    Standard Shipping is Not Available to other countries currently. You need to choose expedited shipping

  • Expedited Shipping
    Available in most countries, take 3 - 7 business days mostly, and cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL or some other courier company.When choosing Expedited Shipping, is there any import duty, VAT, GST, or tax?For US/Australian/Canadian/UK customers, no extra expense. For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing your order. For countries in Europe, you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy.
    For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.
• Note
  • Once your custom doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
  • On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
  • For the order placed on the Chinese New Year Holiday (2 weeks, Jan 15 - 30), International Labor Day (5 days, May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days, October 1-7), the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual.
  • Sometimes, the tracking status in 17track will show as expired, just because the delivery time exceeds 60 days. Other than that, there is no other meaning. So don't worry about your payment and products, they will arrive at your address later.
  • For expedited shipping orders, certain countries may charge import duty. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to any reason except force majeure after we shipped out the package via expedited shipping, the shipping company will detain the package and destroy it. Thus, you will not be eligible for a refund in this case.
